Our objective was to create an interconnected workplace that provides a diverse range of work settings, organized into cohesive zones; a variety of options for people to sit, stand or move throughout their day and the choice empowerment over how and where they work.

Project Goals

  • Provide a collection of assorted work environment to accommodate and embrace the various work modes encountered throughout the day.

    • Individual focus areas: connected yet separate environment that supports independent retreat and privacy

    • Personal workspace: distinct workspace that simultaneously allows for individual work and casual collaboration within the open office

    • Informal meeting spaces: productive lounge settings for social gathering impromptu meetings and collaboration

    • Teaming areas: supports group interaction while managing distractions

  • Implement a variety of accessible technology tools to frequently integrate innovation, promote idea sharing via virtual collaboration and support mobility, flexibility and efficiency

  • Establish a dynamic finished aesthetic that will engage, energize and motivate workers while positively influencing their daily lives
